Caitlin Horigan

Youth mentor, dreamwork and fasting guide

Caitlin has been passionately pursuing a deeper understanding of human development for over two decades. Her journey began in her adolescent years when she began working with youth and later focused on child development during her undergraduate studies. Since 2018, her exploration of human potential through the Animas Valley Institute has further shaped her approach to guiding young people and adults.

Caitlin skillfully integrates her experience facilitating Forest Therapy, The Work That Reconnects, 8 Shields Nature Connection Mentoring, and the Wild Mind Model into her current offerings. Holding a certificate in EcoPsychology, she remains curious about the possibilities that arise from actively nurturing relationships with the more-than-human world.

Caitlin believes that each individual possesses capacities beyond their conscious awareness and strives to create spaces that cultivate our innate inner strengths. By guiding, facilitating, and mentoring others in personal and professional development since her early 20s, she has been dedicated to assisting others in becoming more aware of their unique gifts.
